Hi! any interest in socks for the veterans? A basic sock pattern that affords a lot of comfort (stretchy for legs that need the room) can be found on Knitting on the Net (basic sock pattern). The pattern is free but it is more complicated than say, a tube sock. A friend and I knitted scarves for your first year's drive and I hope to manage one for this year. But the sock pattern is easy, and fits great!

The new site is nice. You might consider putting a link to it in the sidebar so we can find it fast. Thanks!
